A student of the blues who has been carving his own path through the creek-bed of American music for more than 25 years. 
A member of the iconic alt-rock bands Bananafish and Soul Coughing, the Rev. engaged in a multiplicity of musical ventures while living in New York City, including a regular weekly off-off-off Broadway gig at Tobacco Road and as featured soloist of the Metro Mass Gospel Choir in addition to stints as a member of various national-caliber touring bands.
A student of philosophy and religion whose songs reflect the intersection of spirituality and the blues, the Rev. is currently studying Tibetan Buddhism in Boulder, CO. Tune in for an enlightening hour of resonator guitar, lyrical treats and conversation this weekend on WHUP!
