Remember to add extra lime juice to your tequila grapefruit. Pull apart the lime, and place pieces of the flesh in your glass. Lean back into your fainting sofa and take a four-part breath: in through the nose, down the throat, filling the lungs, and inflating the belly. Allow the breath to then leave your body, moving the air back from your belly into the lungs, up your throat, and out of your nose. Focus on your breath. We will now drift into the dream sequence, leaving behind the notion that all dreaming is an easy, soft-pleasant-sound. It’s a cosmic, eerie-eyed ride – birds are chirping beyond the Karman line and your mind is empty.
